DK Shivakumar Promotes 3A Mantra and Peace in Kanakapura Visit

Karnataka leader DK Shivakumar visited his constituency of Kanakapura in Bengaluru South district on Sunday to launch his Janashirvada yatra, appealing to local residents to maintain peace and introducing a '3A' mantra for regional development. The visit marked his first major barnstorming rally in his home district since assuming office, during which he traveled to connect directly with the local population.

During the extensive tour, Shivakumar visited about a dozen villages in and around the Kanakapura area to seek blessings from his constituents. His itinerary through the rural parts of the constituency included various planned pitstops and visits to local temple sites along the route.

As part of his primary development vision for the constituency, Shivakumar outlined the '3A' priorities, which stand for Ashraya, Arogya, and Akshara. These three pillars represent shelter, health, and education for the local population. To support the educational aspect of this initiative, he announced that corporate social responsibility (CSR) schools would be established in one out of every three taluks across the region.

Shivakumar also addressed local law enforcement and community relations during his visit. He specifically instructed the police department not to register frivolous cases against local citizens, emphasizing that maintaining harmony and amity is essential for the overall development of the constituency.

In his address to the agricultural sector, Shivakumar urged local farmers to stay focused on farming. He stated that agriculture in the region has become a highly lucrative option, even more so than pursuing standard urban jobs.

Furthermore, Shivakumar highlighted the rising real estate values in the area. He claimed that land prices in his home district have quadrupled since Ramanagara was renamed as part of a major brand-upgrade exercise for the region.
