The Bangur Nagar Police have registered a First Information Report (FIR) against the manager of a gas distribution agency in Goregaon for the alleged misappropriation of over 5,800 gas cylinders. The total value of the missing cylinders is estimated to be Rs 90 lakh.

The police action was initiated following a formal complaint filed by the owner of the gas distribution agency. According to the complaint, the business is based in Goregaon, and it maintains a godown in an empty space near Malad Back Road where the gas cylinders are stored.

The manager of the agency was found to be involved in the misappropriation of the stock, prompting the owner to seek police intervention.

The Bangur Nagar Police are currently investigating the case further to uncover the details of the misappropriation. No arrests have been announced at this stage.
