Haunted 3D Echoes Of The Past Starring Mimoh Chakraborty Set For 2026 Release

The upcoming Hindi feature film 'Haunted 3D: Echoes Of The Past' is scheduled for release in 2026. The movie's narrative begins in Mumbai, centering on a successful filmmaker who abruptly flees the city for a remote hill station following a sudden personal betrayal.

Associated with filmmaker Vikram Bhatt, the movie features Mimoh Chakraborty in the lead role of Devadutt Choudhary, also known as Dev. Dev is a highly reputed filmmaker whose latest project, a film titled 'Laila Majnu', is on the verge of its theatrical release. Dev is deeply in love with the lead actress of his film, Sonali, played by Aradhna.

However, just days before 'Laila Majnu' is set to debut, Dev catches Sonali with the film's male lead actor. Devastated by the discovery, Dev decides to leave Mumbai immediately without informing anyone of his departure. He is accompanied on his journey by his cousin, Titu, played by Gaurav Bajpai.

The two characters travel continuously until they arrive at a quiet hill station called Maniktal. Seeking peace and solace, Dev decides to settle there and begins searching for a local property to rent. A local broker shows him photographs of a property known as the Maniktal Palace. Dev likes the estate and agrees to become a tenant.

Upon entering the palace, Dev and Titu immediately realize that something is strange about the building. All the doors and windows of the palace's right wing are completely shut, whereas those in the left wing are wide open. The palace caretaker, Trilok, played by Hemant Pandey, tells the new tenants that the right wing has remained locked for decades and that the keys to that section have been missing for a long time.

During their very first night at the palace, Dev is awakened by an eerie noise. He leaves his room to investigate and discovers that the doors to the closed right wing are now wide open. Upon entering, Dev encounters an evil spirit and a woman named Sunheri, played by Chetna Pande. He witnesses the spirit harming Sunheri and grows confused about how she is living in a section shut for over a century. Dev soon realizes that Sunheri belongs to an entirely different era.
