Advance ticket bookings for actress Samantha's upcoming film 'Maa Inti Bangaram' have opened to an impressive response, with several shows in Hyderabad multiplexes already selling out ahead of its theatrical release this Friday.

The highly anticipated movie has secured a wide release across the Telugu states. Among the multiple films scheduled to release this Friday, 'Maa Inti Bangaram' is leading in terms of audience buzz. Trade circles in Hyderabad and other major cities are expecting a strong opening weekend at the box office, with projections suggesting even larger numbers if the film receives positive word of mouth.

The project marks a significant release for Samantha, whose film career had slowed down in recent years due to personal reasons and health issues. She has been recovering from myositis, an autoimmune disease, and has been gradually returning to work. Her last major Telugu release was 'Kushi' alongside Vijay Deverakonda in 2023. Since then, she has not appeared in other leading roles, though she made a small guest appearance in her production 'Shubham'. During her break, she also launched her own production house, Tralala Moving Pictures.

'Maa Inti Bangaram' is directed by Nandini Reddy. Raj Nidimoru has contributed to the screenplay and is also associated with the project as a producer.

Despite her recent break and a major setback with her previous film 'Shaakuntalam', the rapid ticket sales demonstrate that Samantha's star power remains strong. She has previously established her ability to draw audiences independently with successful female-centric films such as 'Oh Baby', 'U Turn', and 'Yashoda'. The current momentum for 'Maa Inti Bangaram' suggests that movie lovers are eager to see her back on the big screen.
