Kiran Abbavaram Launches His Directorial Debut Film in Hyderabad

Actor Kiran Abbavaram officially launched his upcoming untitled film project in Hyderabad with a traditional pooja ceremony, marking his directorial debut. In addition to directing, Abbavaram will shoulder multiple responsibilities as the lead actor, story writer, and screenplay writer for the movie. The project's regular shoot commenced immediately after the launch event in the city, with the lead cast members participating in the first schedule.

The untitled family drama is being bankrolled by overseas distributor-turned-producer Sudhakar Chaganti under the Joy Films banner, marking his maiden venture as a producer. Suresh Yerra has also joined the film's production team as a co-producer. Mounted on a lavish canvas, the upcoming project is touted as the most expensive film in Abbavaram's acting career to date.

An announcement poster released for the film presents Abbavaram standing in front of a giant cooking vessel, symbolically hinting that he is preparing a special feast for the audience. In the poster, the actor is dressed in a checked shirt and a traditional lungi, raising one hand holding a red cloth while striking a playful gesture with his other hand.

The film marks the Telugu cinema debut of actress Devika Bhat, who will star as the female lead. The project also features veteran actors Sharat Kumar and Sai Kumar in key roles. The production team has described the movie as an entertaining family drama packed with youthful elements and strong commercial appeal.

Several key crew members have been signed for the technical department of the film. Cinematographer Viswas Daniel will handle the camera work to bring the story to life visually, while composer Bheems Ceciroleo has been roped in to score the music. Additionally, Sudheer Macharla is heading the production design, and Santhosh Naidu is handling the editing for the project.
