Mimoh Chakraborty's Haunted 3D: Echoes Of The Past Set For June 2026 Release

The upcoming supernatural thriller Haunted 3D: Echoes Of The Past, associated with filmmaker Vikram Bhatt, is scheduled for release on June 12, 2026. The film features a storyline that begins in Mumbai before transitioning to a remote hill station, following a protagonist who escapes his life in the city after a personal betrayal, only to encounter supernatural forces in an ancient palace.
The film stars Mimoh Chakraborty as Devadutt "Dev" Choudhary, a reputed filmmaker whose latest project, Laila Majnu, is on the verge of theatrical release. Dev is deeply in love with the lead actress of his film, Sonali, portrayed by Aradhna. However, his life is upended just days before the scheduled release when he discovers Sonali in the company of the film's male lead actor.
Devastated by the discovery, Dev decides to flee Mumbai entirely. Without informing anyone of his departure, he leaves the city alongside his cousin, Titu, played by Gaurav Bajpai. The two travel extensively in search of solace, eventually arriving at a quiet hill station named Maniktal.
Finding peace in the isolated location, Dev decides to rent a place to stay. A local real estate broker shows him images of a grand property known as the Maniktal Palace. Dev decides to rent the estate, but upon entering the palace with Titu, they immediately sense that something is wrong.
The new tenants observe that while the windows and doors of the left wing are wide open, the entire right wing of the palace remains shut. The palace caretaker, Trilok, played by Hemant Pandey, informs them that the right wing has been locked for decades and that the keys to the section have long been lost.
The mystery deepens during their very first night at the palace. Dev is woken from his sleep by eerie noises, only to discover that the doors to the sealed right wing have opened. Upon entering, he confronts an evil spirit and meets a girl named Sunheri, played by Chetna Pande. Dev is left to figure out why the doors opened and how Sunheri, who appears to belong to a completely different era, is living in a section of the palace that has been closed for over a century.
