Producer Amit Jani Demands Rs 50 Lakh and Apology From Govind Namdev Over Kala Hiran

Producer Amit Jani has sent a legal notice to veteran actor Govind Namdev, demanding a public apology and Rs 50 lakh in compensation following a dispute over the upcoming film 'Kala Hiran'.

The legal notice was issued after Namdev publicly expressed disappointment and concern regarding the teaser of the film, which is inspired by actor Salman Khan's 1998 blackbuck poaching case.

Namdev recently stated that he was shocked after watching the first glimpse of 'Kala Hiran'. The veteran actor alleged that the final product appeared completely different from the project he had originally agreed to work on.

In response to these public statements, Jani announced the legal action on the social media platform X. The producer stated that Namdev has been given a seven-day deadline to issue a public apology and pay the Rs 50 lakh compensation to the production house.

According to Jani's social media post, if Namdev fails to comply with the demands within the seven-day period, the production house will initiate further legal proceedings against him.

The legal notice marks a significant escalation in the dispute between the producer and the actor over the creative direction and presentation of the film.
