Vikram Bhatt Reveals Plot Details For Upcoming Film Haunted 3D Echoes Of The Past

The upcoming film "Haunted 3D: Echoes Of The Past," directed by Vikram Bhatt, has revealed its official storyline ahead of its scheduled 2026 release. The horror-drama begins in Mumbai before shifting its narrative to a mysterious hill station, tracking the journey of a devastated filmmaker who encounters supernatural occurrences.
The film stars Mimoh Chakraborty as Devadutt "Dev" Choudhary, a reputed filmmaker on the verge of releasing his movie, Laila Majnu. Dev is in love with his film's lead actress, Sonali, played by Aradhna. However, days before the release, Dev catches her with the male lead of the film.
A heartbroken Dev decides to leave Mumbai without informing anyone. Accompanied by his cousin Titu, played by Gaurav Bajpai, Dev travels until he reaches a peaceful hill station named Maniktal.
Seeking solace, Dev decides to rent a local property. A local broker shows him pictures of the Maniktal Palace, and Dev decides to move in as a tenant.
Upon entering the palace, Dev and Titu realize something is wrong. The doors and windows of the property's right wing are completely shut, while those on the left wing remain wide open. The palace caretaker, Trilok, played by Hemant Pandey, informs them that the right wing has been locked for decades and the keys are missing.
On his first night at the palace, Dev is awakened by eerie noises and discovers that the doors to the locked right wing have opened. Inside, he encounters an evil spirit and a young woman named Sunheri, played by Chetna Pande. Dev witnesses the spirit harming Sunheri and soon realizes that she belongs to a completely different era, setting off the central mystery of the film.
"Haunted 3D: Echoes Of The Past" is scheduled for release in 2026. Promotional details and photos featuring cast members Chetna Pande and Mimoh Chakraborty have been prepared ahead of the film's launch.
