Vikram Bhatt's Haunted 3D Echoes Of The Past Slated for 2026 Release

The upcoming Hindi horror film 'Haunted 3D: Echoes Of The Past', associated with filmmaker Vikram Bhatt and starring Mimoh Chakraborty, is scheduled for release in 2026. The film's narrative begins in Mumbai, where the protagonist, a reputed filmmaker named Devadutt Choudhary, suffers a devastating personal betrayal that forces him to flee the city.

In the film, Mimoh Chakraborty portrays Devadutt Choudhary, also known as Dev, whose movie 'Laila Majnu' is preparing for its theatrical release. Dev is in love with the film’s lead actress, Sonali, played by Aradhna. However, just days before the release of 'Laila Majnu', Dev catches Sonali with the film’s male lead.

Devastated by the discovery, Dev decides to leave Mumbai immediately without informing anyone. He travels alongside his cousin, Titu, played by Gaurav Bajpai. The two continue their journey until they arrive at a quiet hill station named Maniktal.

Seeking peace and solace, Dev decides to look for a place to rent in the area. A local broker shows him pictures of a property known as the Maniktal Palace. Dev likes the property and decides to sign a tenancy agreement.

However, as soon as Dev and Titu enter the palace, they realize that something is amiss with the property. All the doors and windows of the right wing of the palace are shut tight, while those in the left wing are wide open. The palace caretaker, Trilok, played by Hemant Pandey, informs them that the right wing has remained shut for decades and that the keys to that section are missing.

On their first night at the palace, Dev is awakened by an eerie noise. Upon stepping out of his room, he discovers that the doors of the locked right wing are now wide open. Dev enters the forbidden section and encounters an evil spirit alongside a girl named Sunheri, played by Chetna Pande.

Dev is pained to witness the evil spirit harming Sunheri. He is left confused as to how the doors opened and how Sunheri is living in a section of the palace that has supposedly been shut for over a century. He soon realizes that Sunheri belongs to an entirely different era.
